    Characteristics

      • stainless steel reactor (material 1.4404; 1.4435 optional) in- and outside electropolished, with quartz tube and UV low pressure lamp (36 W to 400 W)
      • product contacted parts are polished electrolytically; reactor: Ra < 0.8 µm, weldings: Ra < 1.6 µm (optional Ra < 0.4 µm)
      • incl. switchbox made of stainless steel and UV monitoring unit (with Tri-Clamp measurement window)
      • aseptic flanges: PharmCom according DIN 11864-A-N (other flanges on request)
      • reactor can be emptied completely, dead space free
      • temperature sensor for 300 W and higher (optional for other types)
      • remote controlled
      • simple handling and maintenance
      • modular installation possible
