    Characteristics

      • stainless steel reactor (material 1.4404; 1.4435 optional) in- and outside electropolished, with quartz tubes and UV low pressure lamps (300 W and 400 W)
      • All flange connections on the reactor in aseptic design according to DIN 11864
      • Variable arrangement of process connections possible
      • Reactor pipe with extrusions to the process connections, thus no fillet welds necessary
      • Reactor still dead space poorer than conventional construction methods
      • Roughness of the product-contacting surface: Ra <0.8 μm (0.4 μm optional)
      • Roughness of the product-contacting welds: Ra <1.6 μm
      • Material verification using 3.1B certificates according to EN 10204 3.1
      • Seal material compliant: FDA, USP CLASS VI, EC VO 1935/2004
      • Stainless steel switch cabinet:
      • with calibrated UV-intensity monitoring (including measuring window according to DIN 11853-3-A)
      • Integrated temperature monitoring of the reactor
      • Remote switching of the system via potential-free contacts
      • Easy operation and maintenance
      • Modular design possible when using multiple systems
